For direct payment methods, your card data is processed only to complete the transaction and then

SECTION 9 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery within India usually takes 2–5 working days. Delivery times are approximate and depend on location.
In case of multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.
Proman India shall not be held liable for delays or damages caused by third-party delivery services. Our
partners include Bluedart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket. All shipping is done with proper quality checks.
How does the delivery process work?
- After placing the order, your items go through a final quality check, are packed securely, and handed
over to our delivery partners. If your address is unreachable, the courier team will contact you.
Delivery charges and locations?
- We offer free shipping across India (PAN India).
Estimated delivery times?
- Delivery in Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad): 1–3
working days
- Other cities and towns: 2–5 working days
Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
- Yes, you can request a change within 24 hours after placing the order, if it has not yet been

How to track your order?
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link and courier details via email.
- You can track the status of your order using the tracking link shared via email or SMS after dispatch.
Tracking is available within 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Your order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?
- Don’t worry! This simply means that items in your order may be coming from different warehouse
locations. You will only pay the shipping or COD charge (if any) on the first package.
- International orders are usually sent as a single shipment.
I have placed an order, but may not be able to receive it due to unexpected circumstances. Can you
hold the delivery?
- If your order has not been dispatched, please contact our customer service team immediately. For
security purposes, we may ask you to verify some information before making any changes. If the order has
already shipped, we regret that we cannot hold the delivery.
Are there any hidden charges like Octroi or Sales Tax?
- No. All prices on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes. You will not be charged anything extra
at delivery.
SECTION 10 – CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Terms of Payment
You can pay through prepaid options like credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, Paytm, Amazon Pay
or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order via the CANCEL button in your order details under the My Account section.
Just share the reason — we’ll take care of the rest.

Note: Proman India reserves the right to cancel any order without prior
confirmation. We may verify orders via phone or email before dispatch.
Refund and Returns Policy
How will I receive my refund?
Refund requests must be made within 3 business days of delivery. For prepaid orders, the amount will
be refunded to your original payment method within 3 working days. For COD orders, you must share
your bank details to receive the refund. Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable.
How long will the refund take?
Refunds for cancellations are processed within 3 business days. For returns, refunds are initiated
after the product is received and passes quality check — this may take up to 2 weeks.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes, as long as the product is unused and the return is requested within 3 days of delivery.
Replacement of Damaged Product
Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with a photo sent to [email protected]. Replacement will only be
issued after the damaged product reaches our warehouse.
Proman India reserves the right to update these policies at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 11 – ROYALTY PROGRAMS
Program Discretion: Proman may define and modify the structure and benefits of
loyalty programs at its discretion.
Right to Modify or Discontinue: Proman reserves the right to change or terminate the
program anytime, without prior notice.
Non-Transferability: Loyalty rewards are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
Compliance: Participation is subject to applicable terms and Indian laws.
Final Decision: All decisions made by Proman regarding loyalty programs are final.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and services shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will
be under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
